Mahendergarh, 09.04.25-The Department of Law at the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh organized its Second Intra Moot Court Competition, providing students with an invaluable opportunity to enhance their advocacy and legal reasoning skills. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and experiential learning among budding lawyers.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the University emphasized the importance of such competitions in shaping competent legal professionals. He lauded the Department of Law for organizing meaningful initiatives that promote knowledge-sharing and skill development. Encouraging students to engage actively in such activities, he highlighted their role in bridging theoretical learning with practical application.
Prof. Anand Sharma, Dean of Students Welfare, also visited the competition and motivated the students, reiterating the significance of moot courts in legal education. Dr. Pardeep Singh, Dean of the School of Law, expressed his gratitude to the Vice Chancellor for gracing the event and inspiring students with his insights. He announced that, as per the Vice Chancellor’s guidance, the department is planning to organize a national-level moot court competition soon. Dr. Singh commended the efforts of the Moot Court Society and its coordinator, Ms. Priya, for their dedication in making the event a success.
