Mahendergarh, 15.09.24-Students from the Department of Law of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh organized a successful legal literacy programme on the occasion of LokAdalat at the District Court, Narnaul. The event aimed to promote legal awareness and educate the litigants and public about various socio-legal issues.

Prof.Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, CUH, praised the students' efforts, saying, "Such initiatives demonstrate our commitment to community service and legal education.Dr.Virender Prasad, District and Sessions Judge, Narnaul, appreciated the students' creativity and enthusiasm, emphasizing the importance of legal literacy in promoting social justice.

Ms Shailza Gupta, CJM, ADR centre Narnaul has addressed students and motivate them for engaging in such programs for contributing in social cause of the society. She has shared the initiatives taken by ADR centre, Narnaul and District Legal Services Authority, Narnaul towards realising access to justice for all. Dr.Pardeep Singh, Dean & Head, School of Law has extended his gratitude to learned District and Sessions Judge, Narnaul and his entire team. Dr.Pardeep Singh appreciated the students’ efforts and motivate them for participating in these kinds of outreach programs.
Dr. Singh said that the programme featured an exhibition showcasing various socio-legal issues, socio-welfare legislations, and initiatives taken by the Haryana Legal Service Authority. Law students displayed informative posters, charts, and pamphlets highlighting key aspects of the legal services.In addition, students enacted a thought-provoking NukkadNatak (street play) depicting common socio-legal problems faced by the community. The play effectively conveyed important legal messages, encouraging the audience to seek justice and avail themselves of legal services.
The event drew a significant crowd, including litigants, local residents, lawyers, and judicial officers.The programme was organized in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority, Narnaul. On this occasion Adv. R K Mehta interacted with law students and shared practical knowledge with students. On this occasion Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Ms.Sangeeta, Mr Praveen Kumar Maurya and Ms.Vikas, Guest faculty remained present.
