SHIMLA-12^th November, 2024-Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri expressed grief over the demise of former Vice President of the Women Welfare Board Satya Parmar. She was the daughter-in-law of the Founder of Himachal Pradesh Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar, daughter of former Chief Minister late Ram Lal Thakur and the wife of MLA Kush Parmar. Satya Parmar passed away on Tuesday at the age of 70 after a brief illness.

The Chief Minister while expressing his condolences said that the demise of Satya Parmar was a great loss to the society. She worked tirelessly for and upliftment of weaker sections. He prayed the almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to family members to bear this irreparable loss.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that Satya Parmar’s work for the welfare of society would always be cherished. He said that his prayers are with the bereaved family members at this time of sorrow.
