CHANDIGARH – 27.10.24-Banyan Tree School proudly showcased its Diwali Carnival on 26th October 2024 at the school premises, embracing this year’s theme, ‘Green Diwali.’ Led by Director Ms. Jayeta Auddy, the event highlighted eco-friendly celebrations through creative activities and community engagement. Junior students opened the festivities with a “Say No to Crackers” rally, promoting sustainable practices, while middle and senior students crafted traditional Diwali décor from best-out-of-waste materials.

The carnival featured food stalls, interactive games, and competitions, including Slogan Writing, Poster Making, and a Mom-and-Baby Talent Show, with prizes awarded to celebrate creativity. Director Ms. Auddy emphasized the school’s dedication to organizing events that foster holistic development, blending cultural celebration with sustainability and valuable life lessons. The event united students, parents, and the community, reinforcing the importance of a responsible and joyous Diwali.
