Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 194 u/s 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Pawan Sharma R/o # 3422, Sec-27D Chandigarh against Ashok Kumar and others R/o # 3422, Sec.27-D, Chandigarh who used forged documents in Estate Office. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No. 235 U/s 281,125(A), 106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station, Sector-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ashish Kumar R/o # 2208/2, Sec-37C Chandigarh against driver of Range Rover Car No. CHN-0006 namely Jaswinder Singh who hit to a pedestrian person namely Satya Narayan Paswan at near Kisan Bhawan Chowk on 06-11-2024. Victim sustained injuries got admitted to PGI where duty doctor declared him brought dead. Accused arrested and bailed out later on. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 236 U/s 125(A), BNS has been registered in Police Station, Sector-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Jeevan Singh R/o Village Bereta, Distt. Mansa, (Pb) (age 24 yrs) against Driver of PRTC bus who passed bus over the complainant at ISBT Sec-43 on 11-10-2024. Victim sustained injuries and admitted in Hospital. Investigation of this case is in progress.
