MAHENDERGARH, 12.11.24-The 10-day workshop on Research Methodology at the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh commenced with a formal inauguration session on Tuesday. The workshop, designed to enhance research skills and understanding among faculty and scholars, is being conducted under the guidance of experts in the field.
The session began with Dr. Suman introducing the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Haryana, and the Guest of Honour, Professor Kanhaiya Ahuja from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
Professor Ranjan Aneja, Dean, School of Business and Management Studies, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries. He presented a brief overview of the workshop’s agenda and structure, emphasizing its importance in today's evolving research landscape. He also shared during the workshop that thirty research scholars from across the country are actively participating in the event.
Professor Tankeshwar Kumar highlighted the significance of such workshops in the changing scenario of research. He underlined how the methodologies have evolved over the decades and stressed the necessity of staying updated with contemporary research tools and techniques. He further acknowledged the university’s continuous commitment to fostering a culture of research and academic excellence.
Professor Kanhaiya Ahuja, Guest of Honour, elaborated on the importance of multidisciplinary research and the value of collaboration in modern research practices. He encouraged the participants to think beyond disciplinary boundaries, advocating for cross-disciplinary partnerships to tackle complex problems.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Professor Shushila Kumari Soriya, who expressed gratitude to the dignitaries for their invaluable presence and support. She particularly thanked the Vice Chancellor for his ongoing encouragement and assistance in making such events possible.
