Chandigarh, Nov 23-Chandigarh BJP today celebrated the party's spectacular victory in Maharashtra elections at Kamalam, the party office in Sector 33.

Jalebis were distributed among party workers and supporters on the occasion. The atmosphere was buoyant, slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai reverberated in the air and party workers were lauding the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The celebration was a testimony to the party's enthusiasm and gratitude for the victory in Maharashtra. The event was a show of unity and strength in the presence of the party's senior leadership.

Senior leaders including party president Jatinder Pal Malhotra, former party president Sanjay Tandon, vice-presidents Devinder Singh Babla, Rambir Bhatti, office secretary, Manish Sharma, Sanjay Puri, secretary Ramesh Sahore and other office bearers, leaders were present. They congratulate each other and wished each other well.

Party president Malhotra said, "People have once again expressed their faith in the BJP alliance. We are forming the government again because apart from the policies of the state government, the schemes of the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi have also worked wonders. People want to be with the double-engine government."
