MAHENDERGARH, 13.12.24-Ms. Deeksha, a student of Department of Statistics, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh has cleared Indian Statistical Services (ISS) exam with all India ranking (AIR) 9. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University congratulated her on this success. He said that the University continuously works for overall development of the students. He also congratulated the faculty members of the department and said that this success of Deeksha will inspire to other students of the department.
Prof. Ranjan Kumar Sahoo, Head of the Department said that Deeksha secured all India ranking 9 in the ISS exam. He said that the Indian Statistical Services is a civil service under Group A of the Central Civil Services of the executive branch of the Government of India. The Indian Statistical Service is a civil service which requires a high level of proficiency in statistical studies and applications. Prof. Ranjan Kumar Sahoo along with other faculty members of the department, Dr. Ravinder Singh, Dr. Pavitra Kumari, and Dr. Anoop Kumar congratulated Deeksha and wished her a bright future.
