CHANDIGARH, 21.02.25-Hon’ble Governor Shri Gulab Chand Kataria felicitated Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh for its outstanding achievements, including the Best Documentary Award for Jeevan Ki Wapsi and recognition for VADA Club activities. Globally renowned Indian Singer and NMBA Brand Ambassador, Dr Satinder Sartaj, also graced the occasion, conferring the honor alongside the Governor. This recognition was bestowed upon the college for organizing several activities under the flagship of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan at the state-level function organized by the Department of Higher Education, Union Territory, Chandigarh, today.
Principal GGDSD College, Dr Ajay Sharma expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Governor for acknowledging the college’s efforts in promoting awareness about drug abuse aligning with the Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaign. This nationwide initiative, launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, aims to make India drug-free. The college is proud to be part of it, added Dr Sharma.
