Chandigarh, under the stewardship of Professor Bikash Medhi (Organizing Chairman).. The workshop was strategically designed to delve into key aspects including the Current Status of Drug Development, Design of Conventional Pharmaceutical Products, Drug Discovery Using Gromacs & GMX_QK tool, Current and Future Prospective in Animal Research and Drug Discovery, Intellectual Property Rights of Novel Medicinal Products (Industry Perspective). Emphasizing evidence-based practices, Practical Approach to Patent Filing, and Interpretation of In Silico & In Vitro Results, the workshop drew participation from 75 delegates (48 offline & 27 online) representing esteemed institutions across 11 states and 2 Union territories of India, convening in a hybrid mode.

The inauguration ceremony commenced with a cordial welcome address delivered by Professor Bikash Medhi, the Organizing Chairman. Distinguished luminaries including Professor. Dulal Panda (Director NIPER, Mohali), Professor YK Gupta (President, AIIMS Bhopal/Jammu), Professor Ashima Goyal (Sub-Dean(A) PGIMER, Chandigarh), and Dr Ajay Prakash (Organizing Secretary) graced the occasion and officially inaugurated the workshop.
