SHIMLA -25 April, 2025-Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla presented the National Excellence Awards ATHARV BHARAT-2025 organised by Summit India and All India Technical Education Council at Hotel JW Marriott, Chandigarh on Friday.
In his address, Sh. Shukla said, “When leaders in education, governance and social development come together, the Nation moves forward with strength and a vision. Besides giving recognition, these awards were reminders that the sincere efforts of any individual and determination can impact the lives of millions. Let us continue to create opportunities where merit is celebrated and responsibility is embraced.”
The Governor affirmed that the institution conferring Atharv Bharat Awards have not only brought ample respect and recognition to India’s centuries-old cultural heritage but have also played a crucial role in identifying and promoting leadership qualities and technical innovations. These awards serve as a bridge between the timeless wisdom of our traditions and the dynamic advancements of the modern era, which fosters a spirit of excellence, creativity and national pride."
Those who were facilitated during the occasion include Retd. Major General Jagjeet Singh Nanda (SM), RK Pachnanda (Retd IPS), Educationalist Manu Raj Malhotra and Saadgi Malhotra, IT Expert Dr Keerti Dhingra, Social Activist Simpy Garg, Retd. Chief Engineer Rajat Bhattacharya, National Scholar Kundal Lal Juneja, amongst 45 other recipients.
Galaxy of dignitaries, including Justice Lokpal Singh, Chief Coordinating Officer of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education -Dr. Buddha Chandrashekhar, Summit India’s Chairman Shyam Jaju, General Secretary Mahesh Verma were present on the occasion amongst others.
