A Case FIR No. 147 U/S 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Kuldeep Singh R/o # 17A Police Colony Manimajra Chd. against Sandeep Singh @ Satvir Sandhu, Vikramjeet Singh, Warish Chauhan, Neha and others Employees of VISA Spots Service Pvt. Lt. SCO No. 181, 182, 2nd FLOOR Sector- 17, Chandigarh. they cheated him on the pretext to send abroad and took approx Rs. 15 lack rupees from him, but neither the said person send abroad nor returned their money. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 84 U/S 406, 420, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Station-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sunil Mishra Deputy Manager The Tribune Trust Sec-29C Chandigarh against Rama Shanker Mishra owner of M/S Sapna Advertising Agency, who cheated with complainant’s Rs. 5681807/- by booking the advertisement as authorized by tribune trust. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 132 U/S 406, 420, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Station-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harmohanjeet Singh R/o # 252, Lane No. 3, Sant Avenue Amritsar Pb against Gurinder Singh Guri, Gurcharan Singh CA, Ajay Mehta and others, they cheated him on the pretext to send abroad and took approx Rs. 14 lack rupees from him, BUT neither the said person send abroad nor returned their money. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 133 U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Shailendra Kumar Yadav R/o VPO Kansali, Tehsil- Kotputli, Rajasthan against a lady who cheated Rs. 6,50,000/- from complainant the pretext of arranging job of Nursing Officer in the Govt. Medical College Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh on 05.09.2022, 01.12.2022 and other dates.. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 134 U/S 303(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajit Pal Singh R/o # 404, Sec- 46A Chandigarh against unknown person, who stole away complainant’s daughter cycle from parking SCO No. 83 Sector 46D Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No 181U/S 281, 125(a) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Amin R/o Vill- Macchali Kalan Distt- Mohali (Pb) age-27 years against Anish Sharma R/o # 411, Lal Sadak HANSI HR, who drive motorcycle No HR-21R-3856 and hit to a lady R/o Sector- 126 Kharar Pb age- 26 yrs at Sector- 41/42 dividing road on 20-08-2024, due to lady got injured and admitted in PGIMER Chd. Accused arrested and bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress
