A case FIR No. 97 U/S 163 BNSS & 285 BNS has been registered in PS-03 Chandigarh against Sukhjit Singh along with 14 other persons assembled near Matka Chowk and Raised slogans against punjab govt. during section 163 BNSS is imposed in Chandigarh as per orders of DM UT Chandigarh 03-09-2024. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No 163 U/S 281, 125 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 26 Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajay Kumar R/o # 731, Sec-7 age-34 years against Ishwar R/o # 1095, Sec-7 Chandigarh age 32 years driver of Car No. HNC0777 sped away after hit to complainants M/Cycle no. PB-22P-9366 at K.B DAV School Light Point Sec-7 Chd. on 03-09-2024. complainant got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. Later on, accused person arrested and bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 177 U/S 305 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Abhishek Parshuram R/o # 2320/A, Sec-31, Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away complainant taps from his residence at # 2109 Sec-31, Chandigarh on 02-09-2024. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 178 u/s 420, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Sstation-31 on the complaint of Sumit Narang and others against Bhawani Shankar Raghuwansi CV-26, Chowu House Gate No. 2 Scheme Area Jaipur (RJ) who cheated with complainants of Rs. 2 Crore from share market. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 142 u/s 409,420, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Sstation-34 on the complaint of Amarjit Singh R/o Village Metla Distt Gurdaspur (Pb) against Manvir Singh, Mankirat, Abishek and others person R/o SCO No. 126, 2nd Floor Sec-34/A, Chd. they cheated with complainant 15 lakh regarding VISA. Investigation of the case is in progress.
