A case FIR No. 15 u/s 319(2),318(4),338,336(3),340(2),61 (2) BNS has been registered in Police Station-Cyber Crime on the complaint of Rakesh Dilwari R/o # 3288/1, Sector-44/D, Chandigarh against unknown persons who cheated with complainant of Rs. 18,46,245/-for online trading. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 40 u/s 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station-34, Chandigarh on the complaint on the complaint of a lady resident of Mohali (Pb) against Harpreet Singh R/o SCO No. 58-59, Freebird Immigration Sec-34A who cheated complainant for Rs. 1,67,000/- to send her abroad i.e. Canada. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 21 u/s 106(1),125(A), 281, BNS on the complaint of a lady resident of Naya Gaon against Sanjeev Baboota R/o # 922, Sec-8 Panchkula, driver of Porche Car No. CH01-CQ-0146 which hit to two activas first no. CH01 AJ 5766 d/by Ankit Singh R/o # 1025/a Sec-28, Chd who was expired on spot and second activa No. PB27 E 1570 D/by lady R/O B. ED College Servant Room Sec-20, Chd and Pillion Rider lady resident of Naya Gaon, Pb at Sec-4/9 dividing road near Sec-4 water tank on dated 10-03-2025. Both driver and pillion Ridder sustained injuries admitted to GH-16 Later Gurleen Refer to PGI. Accused arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 55 u/s 281, 324 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Rakesh Kumar R/o # 3020, Sec-61, Ph-7, Distt. Mohali (Pb) against driver of car No. PB-65BA-4607 which sped away after hitting complainant’s car No. PB-13AU-9494 near # 1510, Sec-43 on 11-03-2025. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

A case FIR No. 22 u/s 304(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sunny Singh R/o # 1156, Sector.15-B, Chandigarh (age-40 yrs) who alleged that two unknown motorcycle riders who snatched away his mobile phone from near # 13, Sector-10, Chandigarh on 11.03.2025. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Robbery

A case FIR No. 31 u/s 310(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Balwinder Singh R/o # 447/1, Street No. 4, Green Velly, Mundi Kharar, Mohali (Pb) (age-36 yrs) who alleged that five (05) unknown persons who beaten him and taken Rs. 44,000/- through google pay, one gold ring and gold chain from him from near # 745, Sector-22A, Chandigarh on 11.03.2025. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A case FIR No. 31 u/s 324(2),303(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-Maloya , Chandigarh on the complaint of Vijay Kumar R/o # 1051 DMC, against 3/4 unknown persons who were broken the glasses of vehicles some of them was Car No. CH01 CL 8994, CH01 BH 9469 and CH02 AA 2179, one Auto No. CH01 TA 8008 and also damaged one motorcycle No. DL 55 BF 9587 and stole away his axis bank cheque Book and Cash Rs. 2000/- from car No. CH-01CL-8994 which was parked near Govt. High School Sec-38W on 11-03-2025. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH BY ARRESTING FOUR ACCUSED PERSONS UNDER MURDER CASE.

In a significant development, under the direction of Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur IPS W/SSP UT, Chandigarh, Ms. Geetanjali, SP/City, and in the close supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, SDPO/North-East, and Inspector/SHO Hariom Sharma, Police Station- Mauli Jagran, team of Police Station Mauli Jagran headed by SI Jaipal Singh and other police officials successfully arrested four persons under Murder Case.

Brief of the Case:

Case FIR no. 22 Dt.10.03.2025 U/S 126(2), 115(2), 191(2),191(3), 190, 103(1), 351(2) BNS,

PS-MJ, Chandigarh

This case has been registered on the complaint of Subham S/o Devta Sahu, R/o H.No 3669, Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh age- 18 years in which he reported that on 09.03.2025, he and his father, Devta Sahu went to a birthday celebration party at the residence of his neighbour Ajit S/o Kam Kalf at H.No 3343, Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh. At about 10:30 PM, while his father Devta Sahu having dinner, someone from back side of tent kicked his father and upon checking he found that some boys named Sagar, Vipin @ Bhand, Gabbar, Sanchit @ Kalu along with some other boys having sticks in their hands and attacked upon his father. In the mean time public gathered there and Subham rushed his father to GMCH-32, Chandigarh for treatment and where his father Devta Sahu was declared dead by duty doctor during treatment. Further, Police party reached to GMCH-32, Chandigarh and verifies the facts and received the death ruka of deceased Devta Sahu. However, MFT team inspected the spot & Govt. Photographer takes photos of the spot. Further present case FIR was registered against Sagar, Vipin @ Bhand, Gabbar, Sanchit @ Kalu and others persons.

During investigation of the case, accused persons namely i.e. 1) accused Mansa Ram @ Sagar S/o Matafer R/o H. No. 3351, Mauli Jagran Complex , Chandigarh Age 24 years, 2) accused Vipin @ Bhand S/o Rampher Pandey R/o H. No. 3332, Mauli Jagran Complex , Chandigarh Age 24 years, 3) accused Sanchit Kumar @ Kalu S/o Manoj Kumar R/o H.No. 3532, Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh, Age 23 years, and 4) accused Shiv Chander @ Panwadi S/o Shiv Bahadur R/o H.No. 3727, Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh, Age 28 years have been arrested from forest area, railway yard, MJ, Chandigarh on the identification of the complainant on 11.03.2025. The case is in initial stage. All accused persons Mansa Ram @ Sagar Vipin @ Bhand, Sanchit Kumar @ Kalua and Shiv Chander @ Panwadi sent to 14 days Judicial custody. The further investigation is going on.
