Chandigarh, April 19, 2025: Punjab Engineering College Old Students Association (PECOSA) hosted its annual cultural evening, “Remembering The Legends,” honoring distinguished alumni—Padma Vibhushan Dr. S.C. Dhawan, Padma Bhushan Er. Jaspal Bhatti, and NASA Medalist Er. Kalpana Chawla—with the unveiling of their busts. Graced by Chief Guest Ms. Prerna Puri, IAS, and esteemed dignitaries including Dr. Satish Kumar and Mrs. Savita Bhatti, the event featured scholarships, tributes, cultural performances, and heartfelt memories.
