CHANDIGARH, 19.12.25-Chandigarh Sahitya Academy organised Ru b ru with Azal Dosanjh eminent Director and Dramaturgist in collaboration with T S Central State Library at Sector 17 Chandigarh. Dr. Neeza Singh Librarian welcome the guests. Dr. Manmohan Singh Chairman Chandigarh Sahitya Academy introduced Mr. Azal Dosanjh and all the guests with the audience. Dr Anish Garg Vice Chairman of CSA and Smt. Neelam Bansal Library Incharge were also present on this occasion.

Azal Dosanjh eminent Director and Dramaturgist shared his views about theatre studies experiences at Montrial Canada. He told that his first role in the play when he was a baby. In his childhood he used to see the plays of Gursharan Bhaji. These days he lives in Newfinland where 90% population is of white people and he wanted to play a big role for in plays for the general public not the elite class. He also said the relationship of the artist with the audience is very important. He wanted to travel around the globe and like to share his experiences through his plays with the younger generation. Sh. Sahib Singh eminent Dramatist spoken on the occasion that theatre is not the job of frustrated people rather it should be done happily. He praised Azal for doing this by taking it as a pleasure. Dr. Pali Bhupinder Associate Professor of P U and eminent Director and Playwright told on the occasion that problems of the theatre people are same throughout the world the problem of funding and audience etc. He congratulated Azal for choosing theatre in Canada instead of doing odd jobs. He also said that plays of Mohan Rakesh and Balwant Gargi should be played and keep them alive.

The program is preside over Dr. Atamjit Playwright Dramaturgist and theatre personality who praised Azal Dosanjh for doing a fantastic job in the field of drama in Canada and also praised Dr. Manmohan Singh Chairman Chandigarh Sahitya Academy for arranging these types of literary events.
