Chandigarh Police arrested Pankaj R/o # 26 Mauli Pind, Chandigarh from Sabji Mandi Vikas Nagar Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on 09-07-2026 while drinking and creating nuisance at a public place. A case FIR No. 93 U/S 68-1(b) pp act. 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused was later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Niamat R/o # 678 Dholki Colony Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh from near Wine Shop Mauli Pind, Chandigarh on 09-07-2026 while drinking and creating nuisance at a public place. A case FIR No. 94 U/S 68-1(b) pp act. 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused was later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 95 U/S 68-1(b) pp act. 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused was later on bailed out. A case FIR No. 96 U/S 68-1(b) pp act. 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused was later on bailed out. One person arrested in Accident case

A case FIR No.108 U/S 281, 106, 125A BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Sonu Jaiswal R/o # 1854, Deep Complex HalloMajra, Chandigarh against unknown driver of Ertiga car no. HR-69F-1820 sped away after hit to a pedestrian person namely Shiv Ram R/o not known near poultry form chowk on 07-07-2026. Shiv kumar got injured and admitted in GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the treatment he expired. Later on accused person Sumit @ meenu R/o Village- Daroli, Jind, Haryana was arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Disobedience to lawful orders issued by public servants.

A case FIR No. 106 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 36 Chandigarh against Sudershan Kumar R/o Hotel City Inn-3 Village- Kajheri, sector-52 Chandigarh. During the checking of hotel city Inn-3 Sector-52, Chandigarh the manager was failing to maintain proper visitor entries in the hotel register. Thus manager violated order no. dm/ma/2026/2485 dated 13-05-2026 issued by the district magistrate (dm) Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused person was arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating case

A case FIR No. 107 U/S 316(2), 318(4) BNS & 24 Immigration Act. has been registered in Police Station Sector- 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jujhar Singh R/o Vpo- Landran Distt- SAS Nagar (PUNJAB) against David Arora, Others of Xpress Immigration Entry Service Sco 423 Sector 35/C, Chandigarh they cheated with complainants Rs 20,12,500/- regarding visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.
