Chandigarh, 26 July – Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh.Anil Vij listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular "Mann Ki Baat" program together with colleagues and said that the Prime Minister speaks to the nation every month through "Mann Ki Baat" and highlights the achievements from corners across the country.
Energy Minister Anil Vij said that today Prime Minister Narendra Modi first spoke about Kargil Vijay Diwas. Kargil Vijay Diwas is a very important day for us because Pakistan had tried to attack India covertly. At that time Indian soldiers uprooted the Pakistani forces, and the Pakistanis even abandoned the bodies of their soldiers and fled, refusing to acknowledge them. The last rites for those deceased soldiers were also performed by Indian soldiers.
Similarly, today PM Modi spoke about herbal tea, saying that since tea is commonly consumed in our country, replacing it with herbal tea can provide many health benefits.
In the same way, Prime Minister Modi also referred to improving the earth’s water table using rainwater. A lot of rainwater runs off and is lost, causing groundwater levels to fall continuously. If this water is allowed to percolate into the ground, groundwater levels can rise. PM Modi urged that not a single drop should be wasted and called for recharging groundwater. The Prime Minister also presented other points to the nation.
Meanwhile, today Energy Minister Anil Vij listened to the "Mann Ki Baat" program at Jain Soda Water located at Sadar Bazaar Chowk in Ambala Cantt. On his arrival at the venue, Sanjeev Jain and Varun Jain welcomed him.

*चंडीगढ़, 26 जुलाई –* हरियाणा के ऊर्जा, परिवहन एवं श्रम मंत्री श्री अनिल विज ने पत्रकारों द्वारा धर्मेंद्र प्रधान के शिक्षामंत्री पद से इस्तीफा देने के सवाल पर प्रतिक्रिया दी और कहा कि “प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी महान है और बच्चों की भावनाओं को वो अच्छी तरह से समझते हैं, इसलिए उन्होंने उनकी बातों को मान लिया। इससे यह भी सिद्ध हो गया कि मोदी जी सच्चे लोकतांत्रिक है और उनका प्रजातंत्र में पूरी तरह से विश्वास है, इसलिए वह “नरेंद्र मोदी जी को नमस्कार करते हैं”।
ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि इस देश में अनेकों आंदोलन हुए हैं, अनेकों बार लाठियां चली है, अनेकों बार गोलियां चली है और अनेक लोग मारे भी गए हैं लेकिन सरकारें टस से मस नहीं हुई और सरकारों ने कभी बातें नहीं मानी। मगर मोदी जी ने बच्चों की बात को मानकर सिद्ध कर दिया कि उनका दिल हिंदुस्तान के 140 करोड़ लोगों के साथ जुड़ा है और वह उनकी भावनाओं को समझते हैं। रात के 12:00 बजे तक भी प्रधानमंत्री सोशल मीडिया के जरिए संदेश देते रहे। नरेंद्र मोदी ग्रेट है और लोगों की भावनाओं को समझते और उसके मुताबिक वह कार्य करते हैं।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा धर्मेंद्र प्रधान जिन्होंने त्यागपत्र दिया है उनको वह व्यक्तिगत तौर पर जानते है, वह अच्छे इंसान व अच्छे राजनीतिज्ञ है। उनके विभाग में गलती हुई और उसी को देखते हुए उन्होंने त्यागपत्र दिया।

दिल्ली के बाद अब पंजाब के शिक्षा मंत्री के इस्तीफे की मांग की जा रही है जिसे लेकर ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि उन्हें भी इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए जब ये लोग दूसरों से इस्तीफा मांगते है तो खुद का भी इस्तीफा जेब में रखना चाहिए। आम आदमी पार्टी जोरो शोरों से इस्तीफा मांग रही थी तो केजरीवाल जी को अपने मंत्री का इस्तीफा लेकर ही वहां जाना चाहिए था।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपिंदर हुड्डा के बयान कि शिक्षामंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने अगर पहले ही इस्तीफा दे दिया होता तो आंदोलन इतना न बढ़ता जिसको लेकर मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि भूपेंद्र हुड्डा खुद मुख्यमंत्री थे, उस वक्त अनेकों पेपर लीक हुए थे और अगर उन्होंने मान लिया होता तो आज यह नौबत ही नहीं आती और पेपर लीक ही नहीं होता।

This proves that Modi ji is a true democrat and has full faith in democracy; therefore I salute Narendra Modi.”
Energy Minister Anil Vij said that many agitations have taken place in this country; many times lathis were used, many times bullets were fired, and many people were killed, yet governments remained unmoved and did not yield. But Modi ji accepted the youth's plea and thereby proved that his heart is connected to India’s 140 crore people and that he understands their feelings. Even until midnight he kept sending messages through social media. Narendra Modi is great, understands people’s sentiments, and acts accordingly.
He also said that he knows Dharmendra Pradhan personally; Pradhan is a good man and a good politician. A mistake occurred in his department and in view of that he submitted his resignation.

Regarding demands for the Punjab education minister’s resignation after Delhi, Energy Minister Anil Vij said that they too should resign; when people demand others' resignations, they should have their own resignation in their pocket. "During Hooda's time many papers were leaked; if he had accepted responsibility then, such leaks would not have happened today," said Anil Vij, responding to former chief minister Bhupinder Hooda’s remark that if Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had resigned earlier the movement would not have grown so much. Vij countered that Hooda himself was chief minister when many papers were leaked, and if he had accepted responsibility then, the current situation and paper leaks would not have arisen.
