Chandigarh, 24 October 2026: Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27, Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Bhavan’s Old Students’ Society (BOSS), organised its annual mega fête, Enchanté ’26. The event captivated the residents of the Tricity with unmatched energy and festive spirit. The event offered a dynamic, holistic platform for the students to showcase their creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurial acumen. It brought them together with families, alumni, and school dignitaries for an unforgettable experience.
The festivities commenced with the official opening ceremony by Shri R K Saboo, former Chairman, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh Kendra. Also present were Mr Madhukar Malhotra, Honorary Secretary, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh Kendra; Mrs Vineeta Arora, Director (Edu.) and Senior Principal; Mrs Kunika Sharma, Principal, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Junior Wing; Mrs Suparna Bansal, Vice Principal, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh and Mr Deepak Garg, President, BOSS. The esteemed dignitaries visited various stalls and applauded the young organisers for their innovative ideas, ingenuity and resourcefulness.
The school bustled with visitors playing games to outdo each other and vying for the top prizes. The Request Stall for songs on demand added to the festivities and fun. A specially curated kids’ area provided endless entertainment, allowing parents and children to immerse themselves in the games and relive their fond childhood memories. The key highlights of the day were the live concert by Band Jazeera, stand-up comedy show by Rajiv Goldy, magic show by renowned magician, Wilson, and an enthralling mentalist show by Abhay Sharma, bringing an extraordinary experience of wonder, mystery and mind-reading entertainment. A Talent Hunt Competition was organised for the Bhavanites.
Dr Anirudh Tewari, IAS and Chairman commended the student body for their dedication and artistic drive. Senior Principal, Mrs. Vineeta Arora congratulated the organisers and the young participants, emphasising the importance of such platforms in building confidence, teamwork, and managerial excellence.
