Bathinda, January 17-In a remarkable achievement, 11 students from Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering and Technology (GZSCCET), Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), have successfully secured placements at Sanathan Polycot Pvt. Ltd. during a campus placement drive.
The selected candidates represent a diverse mix of engineering disciplines, highlighting the university's academic versatility.
From the B.Tech Electrical Engineering program, the selected students are Saurav Kashyap, Ravinder Kumar, Manpreet Singh, and Harpreet Singh. The B.Tech Textile Engineering program saw placements for Sahil, Gulab Singh, Mandeep Singh, Jasbir Kumar, Priya Jain, Riesh Bharti, and Gurkawaljot Singh from the B.Tech Mechanical Engineering program .
Sanathan Polycot Pvt. Ltd. has extended an annual package of ₹3.60 lakh per annum to these students, emphasizing the company’s recognition of the university’s ability to nurture skilled professionals in core engineering fields. This placement drive serves as a testament to MRSPTU’s focus on bridging the gap between academia and industry.
The accomplishment was celebrated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kansal, Campus Director Dr. Sanjeev Aggarwal, and Director of Training and Placement Er. Harjot Singh Sidhu, who commended the students for their hard work and dedication.
Prof. Kansal expressed his pride in the university's commitment to producing industry-ready graduates, while Er. Sidhu emphasized the importance of fostering industry partnerships.
