*Tandon Pays Obeisance at Maloya Temple and Serves at Bhandara*
*Chandigarh, March 13, 2025:* Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Executive Member and Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh BJP, Sanjay Tandon, participated in a religious gathering (Chowki) at Shri Baba Balak Nath Temple in Maloya village and sought blessings. On this occasion, the temple management organized a grand Bhandara (community feast), where Sanjay Tandon personally served food to the devotees and participated in the distribution.
Temple head Mam Chand Rana warmly welcomed Sanjay Tandon and presented him with a "Siropa" (sacred cloth) as a blessing from Baba Balak Nath.
The event was attended by BJP Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar District President Rekha Sood, State Spokesperson Vijay Rana, Mandal President Amit Mishra, Rupinder Rana, Pankaj Rana, Shravan Mishra, Krishna Garg, and several other dignitaries.
Addressing the devotees, Sanjay Tandon emphasized the spiritual significance of Baba Balak Nath’s sacred cave, where he meditated and relieved the sufferings of countless devotees. Inspired by Baba Balak Nath, former village Sarpanch Mam Chand Rana and other devotees took the initiative to establish the temple in Maloya. Throughout the year, various religious ceremonies and events are organized here, offering devotees an opportunity to receive Baba Balak Nath’s blessings.
Sanjay Tandon congratulated the temple committee for successfully organizing the event and prayed for Baba Balak Nath’s continued grace upon all.

Sanjay Tandon Celebrates Holi with Party Workers in Maloya and BJP Office
Chandigarh, March 13, 2025: "Holi holds a special significance among the festivals celebrated in our country. It is known as the festival of colors and joy in India. More than just a festival of colors, Holi symbolizes social harmony, love, brotherhood, and the victory of good over evil," said Sanjay Tandon, National Executive Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh BJP, during the Holi Milan celebration organized by the Uttar Pradesh Welfare Association in Maloya.
Before this, Tandon also participated in the Holi Milan celebration at the Chandigarh BJP State Office, where he enjoyed the festival of colors with State BJP President Jitendra Pal Malhotra and party workers, extending warm greetings to everyone.
Extending his best wishes to the nation on the occasion of Holi, Tandon highlighted that the festival is not only celebrated across India but also in several other countries. Different regions in India have unique traditions associated with Holi. In North India, it is called Holi, in West Bengal it is known as ‘Dol Purnima’, in Maharashtra as ‘Shimga’, and in South India as ‘Kama Dahan’. Various regions also celebrate it in different ways, such as Phoolon Ki Holi (Holi with flowers), Lathmar Holi, Laddoo Holi, and Gulal Holi, with great enthusiasm. People come together on this day, forgetting past grievances, embracing each other, sharing sweets, and spreading happiness. The barriers of caste, religion, class, and wealth dissolve as everyone enjoys the festival equally.
He urged people to set aside differences and celebrate Holi together, ensuring inclusivity and joy for all.
