Cheating

A Case FIR NO. 07 u/s 318, 316(4) BNS has been registered at Police Station-03 regarding a cheating case involving Sandeep Kumar of Shiv Mandir, Khudda Lohra, Chandigarh. The accused allegedly cheated Rs. 45,55,445/- from the complainant. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 12 u/s 420, 120B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station-26 on the complaint of Parveen Kumar regarding cheating involving Sahil Singh, Mannat, and others, who defrauded Rs. 57,000/- concerning a visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR NO. 09 u/s 303(2) BNS has been registered at police station 19 on the complaint of Harchint Singh, regarding the theft of a car battery (CH-01AC-5191) near his residence in Sec-21/C, Chandigarh. The accused, Adil has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Fire incident

A Case FIR NO. 11 u/s 125 BNS has been registered at police station MJ (Mauli Jagran) on the complaint of a lady regarding a gas cylinder fire incident at her residence on 16-01-2025. Her son and a neighbour’s child suffered injuries. The accused, Mukesh, has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
