CUH students made the public aware through digital creativity
MAHENDERGARH, 09.02.25-The School of Law, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh in association with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Mahendergarh organized a competition on reel and short video making for law students. This event aimed to promote legal awareness through social media and the internet. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor applauds the initiative and encouraged students to participate, emphasizing the importance of digital creativity in promoting legal awareness and pro bono causes.
Under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, this competition is part of a nationwide initiative. The main theme, "Connecting with the Cause," encompasses various subcategories on different socio-legal issues. Singh emphasized the importance of using digital creativity to promote legal awareness and the noble profession of law being associated with pro bono causes. The competition will be held at three stages: National, State, and District Levels. Each DLSA will send entries to the State Legal Services Authority (SLSA), and subsequently, to NALSA. National-level winners will receive prize money, certificates, and recognition.
