One arrested in Theft

A Case FIR No. 17 U/S 47 305, 317(2), 331(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of ASI Dalbir Singh from PCR against Ankit Chandan R/o # 2586 Sec-22, Chandigarh (age 34 years) who was arrested from market Sector-22/C, Chandigarh while he stolen LED TV and 2 Solar Inverter on 24-04-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Four arrested in attempt to murder case

A Case FIR No. 44 u/s 25-54-59 Arms Act and 115(2), 109, 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station, Sector-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of Narinder R/o # 167 Sector-18 Panchkula (manager of Sante Club, Sector-26, Chd) against 1. Salman R/o # 1502 Saini Mohala, Pinjore, 2. Wasim R/o # 2355, Saini Mohala, Pinjore, 3. Sharukh R/o # 352 Shiv Shakti Colony, Pinjore, 4. Shahdab R/o # 352 Shiv Shakti Colony, Pinjore (Hry). They quarrel/threaten to complainant by showing a revolver at Sante Club Sector-26, Chandigarh on 24-04-2025 and recovered one pistol & one cartridge from their possession. Later on, all accused persons were arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Tresspass

A Case FIR No. 31 U/S 333, 115(2), 324(4), 305, 351(2), 3(5) BNS on the complaint of one lady R/o # Mauli Complex, Chandigarh against Ashok, and his family members. They attacked on complainant with sword at her residence, threatened to complainant and stole away CCTV Camera, DVR from her house on 24-04 2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No. 46 U/S 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh on the complaint of State Project Director O/o Director School Education, Samagra Shiksha Chandigarh, Additional Deluxe Building, Sector- 9/D Chandigarh against Ashish Kumar R/o ward no. 13 Narnaund Haryana and other persons. Alleged Ashish Kumar cheated to obtain the Job JBT teacher in Chandigarh Education Department. His biometric attendance did not match after joining the job. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 46 U/S 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station in Cyber Crime Sector- 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Bharat Kumar R/o DETT HQ 13BN CRPF Sector-43, Chandigarh against unknown person cheated with complainant Rs. 2,03,832/- regarding credit card active for use. Investigation of this case is in progress.
