A Case FIR No 100 U/S 318(4),319(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Cyber Crime Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Abhimanyu Kumar Tiwari R/o ITBP Camp HQ Western command Village Behlana Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for Rs. 1,19,225/- through online transaction by using credit card detail. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 166 U/S 420,120(B) IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jai Chand R/o Village Lubana Alipur, District Yamuna nagar Haryana against one lady and others R/o SCO No. 60- 61-62 Sector 17 Chandigarh overseas entry visa consultant who taken Rs. 4 lac to provide visa but neither provide visa nor returned his money. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 120 U/S 281,125(A),106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Pankaj R/o # 2302 Sector 24 Chandigarh against Driver of car no.TO724CH3219B which hit to complainant motor cycle No. CH01AE-6750 at near Sabji Mandi Sector 24 on 19.09.2024. Motor cycle driver Pankaj (Complainant) and his son got injured admitted in GH-16 where complainant pankaj under treatment and his son declared brought dead by duty doctor. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 75 U/S 190,191(2),191(3),126(2),115(2),118(1),109(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh on the complaint of Alok R/o # 2977 Mauli complex, Chandigarh against Noni, Vijay, Krish, Aadi, and others all were attacked on complainant, beaten him with sticks, punches, sharp weapon near petrol pump, Mauli jagran on 17.09.2024. Victim sustained injuries got admitted to GH-16. Investigation of this case is in progress.
