Chandigarh Police arrested Kaka Singh R/o # 403 NIC Manimajra Chandigarh age- 35 years from near house no 403 NIC Manimajra Chandigarh while drinking and creating nuisance at public place. A Case FIR No 20 U/S 68-1-(B) PP Act has been registered in Police Station IT-Park Chandigarh. Later on he was released on bail. Investigation of this case is in progres

Chandigarh Police arrested Surjit Kumar R/o # 148/1 Bank Colony Manimajra Chandigarh (age- 35 years) and Rajiv Kumar R/o # Jhuggi back side bus stand Saketri Panchkula Haryana (age-20 years), they were arrested from near wine shop Village Kishangarh Chandigarh while drinking and creating nuisance at public place. A Case FIR No 21 U/S 68-1-(B) PP Act has been registered in Police Station IT-Park Chandigarh. Later on he was released on bail. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Two arrested in theft case

A Case FIR No 16 U/S 305 BNS added 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 19 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Sector 8 Chandigarh against unknown person who stolen 9 taps from bathroom and back yard of house no 64 Sector 21/A Chandigarh on 21.02.2025. During the course of investigation accused lucky Hakla R/o # 1972 EWS Dhanas Chandigarh age-19 years and Vijay R/o # 510/A EWS Dhanas Chandigarh age 19 years, both accused were arrested. A Case FIR No 25 U/S 303(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Varun Chugh assistant project Manager Smart City limited Chandigarh Sector 17 Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away 6 batteries attached with 2 UPS from 66 KV light point near PGI Chandigarh on 20.01.2025. A Case FIR No 27 U/S 115(2), 127(1), 118(1)3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh on the complaint of Ramesh kumar R/o # 1586 DMC, Sector 38/W Chandigarh against Manav and Golu R/o # Kachi Colony DMC Chandigarh they attacked on complainant with sharp weapon near Chakki Sector 38/W Chandigarh on 23.02.2025. Victim sustained injuries admitted to GH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
