CUH Scholars fetched Best Poster Award in Science Conclave

MAHENDERGARH, 07.02.25-Ph.D. scholar Jiten Singh, and M. Pharm scholar Ankita Rani of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Central University of Haryana, won 1st and 3rd position in Poster competition at the prestigious Science conclave & NCE-2025 "Science for Equity, Empowerment & Development" organized by Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari held during February 04-05, 2025, and Sponsored by DST Haryana.
This achievement was appreciated by Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor who congratulated them for bringing laurel to CUH. Dr. Dinesh Kumar, the Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, also expressed pride in the accomplishment, praising their hardwork. Their achievements are a reflection of the vibrant research environment at the Central University of Haryana, which continues to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences.
Jiten Singh’s research output showcased in poster presentation highlighted the therapeutic potential of 4-Phenyl Butyric Acid in addressing DEHP-induced reproductive toxicity in Wistar rats. Whereas, M. Pharm scholar Ms. Ankita Rani, represented her research work in Poster presentation exploring therapeutic potential of Himalayan plant (Carissa opaca) commonly known as Garnu for the treatment of Diabetes. Jiten and Ankita have performed these studies under the supervision of Dr. Dinesh Kumar and Dr. Ashok Jangra.

A Two day National Seminar concludes at CUH
Mahendergarh, 07.02.25-The two-day National Seminar organized by the Department of Political Science and the Department of Law, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, on 'We the People @ 75: Navigating Social Justice and Global Peace' sponsored by the Indian Council of World Affairs concluded on Friday.
Day Two of the seminar began with an online technical session, chaired by Prof. Rajender Meena (Department of Commerce) and featuring Prof. Aparna (CUJ) as the keynote speaker. 25 research scholars from ten states participated. Simultaneously, an offline session, chaired by Prof. Shreya Pandey (Ranchi University), featured key speakers Dr. Swati, Dr. Sohan, and Dr. Somaila (Delhi University), and Dr. Manish Yadav (MDU Rohtak). 24 scholars presented their papers.
The valedictory session was chaired by Prof. Suneel Kumar, with Prof. Shantesh Kumar Singh (JNU, Director, Human Rights Center) as the chief guest and Prof. Ripusudan Singh (BBAOU) as the keynote speaker. Prof. Ripusudan discussed Viksit Bharat and Vishva Bandhutvam in relation to social justice and global peace. The seminar concluded with a report presentation by Prof. Pradeep (Organizing Secretary), highlighting the participation of over 100 scholars from different universities and states. Prof. Rajeev Kumar Singh delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all participants and dignitaries, including Prof. Shriram Pandey, Prof. Ramesh, Dr. Abhiranjan, Dr. Kulbhusan, Dr. Ravi Pratap Pandey, Dr. Swati, Dr. Sohan, Dr. Somaila, and many others.
