Mr. Salil Lal, CHRO, Maruti Suzuki India while giving the keynote address shared valuable insights and perspectives on the importance of re-engineering HR practices to meet the evolving needs of organizations. He talked about innovative approaches and strategies for reshaping HR practices in the post-pandemic era.

While moderating the session on 'Business Challenges for HR - Aligning HR with Business Strategy, Mr Arun Raghav, Head HR and ER, Mahindra and Mahindra mentioned about the evolving role of HR professionals as strategic partners. During the session on "Attracting and Retaining Talent - Managing Scale" at HR Conclave 2023, Mr. Ratan Agarwal, Head HR, Hero MotoCorp highlighted the significance of building a strong employer brand and creating a positive employee experience to attract and engage top talent.
The session on "Women Workforce - The Imperative Shift", moderated by Ms. Malini Gupta, Former Vice President, CSR, JCB India, during the session, She emphasized the need for organizations to recognize and address the unique challenges faced by women in the workforce.
