Governor releases Rajbhawan calendar-2025

SHIMLA -23rd December, 2024-Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla unveiled the calendar for the year 2025 published by Himachal Pradesh Raj Bhavan Secretariat here today. Secretary to Governor Shri C.P. Verma and other officers were also present on the occasion.

Social activities including drug-free Himachal, plantation drive, Red Cross etc. have been displayed through pictures in the calendar for the year 2025.

They cordially invited the Governor for Mahakumbh-2025 on behalf of Uttar Pradesh Government.

Members of HPG Educational Trust call on Governor

SHIMLA -23rd December, 2024Dr. Rajender Attri and Anshuk Attri, members of HPG Educational Trust called on Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan today. They apprised the Governor about their educational exhibit that focuses on Dr. Parmar, freedom movements, and the history of Himachal Pradesh.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the trust for their educational exhibit, focuses on the freedom movements of Himachal and aims to honour the state's unsung freedom fighters. He was also lauded for starting a photo gallery dedicated to Dr. Parmar.

They requested the Governor to provide space to HPG Educational Trust in either Municipal Corporation Town Hall or Bantony Castle, to establish a permanent exhibit so that the students and people of the state, as well as the tourists, can learn about the history of Himachal.

They apprised that the Trust has recently published a reference book on Dr. Parmar which contains history of Himachal from 1948 to 1952, particularly focusing on contributions of Dr. Parmar.
