Chandigarh, January 5 : Saini Shiksha Prasar Samiti, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, organized a felicitation function today in honor of Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, at Mandapam Palace in Islamnagar, Rampur Maniharan. Upon his arrival, the Chief Minister was given a warm and enthusiastic welcome by the people.
During the event, the Minister of State for Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh, Sh. Jaswant Singh Saini, along with BJP office bearers and workers, felicitated Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini by tying a turban on him and presenting a memento. Haryana BJP State President, Sh. Mohan Lal Badoli, was also present on this occasion.
Addressing the felicitation function, Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that today I have got the opportunity to come to this city situated at the holy land of Maa Shakumbhari Devi and Maa Bala Sundari. He also thanked Saini Shiksha Prasar Samiti for inviting him to the felicitation function. Expressing his gratitude to the public, he said that I am overwhelmed by your welcome and felicitation and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that our society has a glorious history. He said that I will never let the respect that the public has given me diminished. I will work to increase the pride of the society. On this occasion, he remembered and paid homage to the country's first woman teacher Savitribai Phule, creator of Chandigarh's Rock Garden Nek Chand Saini and other great personalities.
The Chief Minister, while urging the youth to pursue education and contribute to societal progress, emphasized their significant role in nation-building. He stated that the youth should play an essential part in making India a strong nation through education. He also highlighted the collective responsibility of realizing Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi's vision of transforming India into a developed nation by 2047. The Chief Minister further said that the present Haryana Government has prioritized providing government jobs to the youth based on merit. The Chief Minister said that he had promised that he would take the oath of Chief Minister later and would first give jobs to the youth. Fulfilling his promise, he has given government jobs to 25 thousand youths of Haryana.
Praising Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Sh. Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister commended his decisive action against criminals and anti-social elements, creating a fear-free and safe environment for the public. He expressed confidence that the people of Uttar Pradesh will teach Congress and its allies a lesson in the 2027 elections, ensuring the formation of a BJP government again in the state with a massive majority under the leadership of Sh. Narendra Modi and Sh. Yogi Adityanath. He further stated that the regional parties of Uttar Pradesh have never prioritized the welfare of the poor, whereas the BJP's double-engine government has focused on continuous development, working tirelessly to improve the lives of farmers and the underprivileged.
Minister of State for Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh Sh Jaswant Singh Saini said that only BJP can make an ordinary worker the Chief Minister. He said that the BJP government has been formed in Haryana due to the gentleness, simplicity and discipline of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.

A sudden fire broke out in the Haryana Mini Secretariat
Chandigarh 5 January: A sudden fire broke out in the Haryana Mini Secretariat, located in Sector-17, on Sunday. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in the evening.
An official spokesperson said that upon receiving information about the fire, the fire brigade was immediately called. After approximately an hour of efforts, the fire was brought under control. The officials have been instructed to assess the damage caused by the fire.

Chandigarh, January 5 : Union Minister of Power, Housing and Urban Development, Sh. Manohar Lal, visited the Dham located in Chulkana village, Panipat district, on Sunday evening and paid obeisance at the famous Shyam temple. While addressing the people at the felicitation function organized by the villagers, he emphasized the importance of creating an environment of goodness in society, a vision being realized by Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi. He further stated, " Today, no one in the entire world can look at India with raised eyes;’ this is Modi's guarantee."
Sh Manohar Lal said that he had made up his mind to start the Gaon Darshan Yatra from Chulkana village in the year 2025, which is being started by taking blessings of Shyam Baba.
He stated that the government is working to ensure the well-being of the poor both at the national and state levels, with no shortage of funds for development. He also assured the villagers that a gymnasium and yogashala would be built in Chulkana village within the next six months, adding that the yogashala would be walled, with trees and plants also being planted. He requested the Gram Panchayat to provide two acres of land for this initiative. He expressed great joy saying that nearly four hundred jobs had been given in the village without any kharch-parchi. He appealed to the people to form a team of 10-15 members to prepare a list of 300 poor families in Chulkana village and help motivate the youth of these families to pursue self-employment and establish their own livelihoods.

Chandigarh, January 5: Haryana's Industries and Commerce, Environment, Forest and Wildlife Minister, Rao Narbir Singh, stated that over the next five years, the foundation for Gurugram's prosperous future will be established through improved connectivity and a robust road network. He said that as part of ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure, an elevated road will be constructed from the Gurugram-Jaipur National Highway to Vatika Chowk, along with four flyovers from Vatika Chowk to Ghata, at a cost of Rs 800 crore.
The Cabinet Minister mentioned that the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for this crucial project, which will be executed by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA), is currently being prepared, and work on the ground will begin soon.
He was addressing the citizens during his visit to thank the people at Vatika City in Sector 49 and South Close in Sector 50, Gurugram.
Rao Narbir Singh emphasized that it is our collective responsibility to make Gurugram a beautiful and clean city. He stated that in the next five years, the opinions of the common people will be prioritized in all development projects in Gurugram. He also affirmed that the present government does not merely make promises in the Sankalp Patra, but ensures their fulfillment. While addressing public concerns, the Cabinet Minister directed the officers to ensure that every government scheme is effectively implemented at the ground level, with citizens receiving the full benefit of each facility. He emphasized that when planning development projects, officials must ensure that all criteria for completing the scheme are met. Development works should be completed within the stipulated time frame so that the public can receive their benefits on time. He added that his priority is to ensure that citizens receive the benefits of public welfare schemes and various government services.

Acknowledging the demand for a community center in South Close, Rao Narbir Singh stated that work on the project will begin within the next two months. Regarding the complaint of encroachment on the green belt from Vatika Chowk to Ghata, he announced that R.S. Bhath has been appointed as the nodal officer to make the city encroachment-free. He added that the deadline of January 31 has been set to clear encroachments from the entire 12-kilometer stretch of road.
Rao Narbir Singh stated that the state government is consistently making important decisions in the public's interest and is committed to ensuring that every individual benefits from them. He directed the officials to prepare proposals for future development projects and submit the same to the government, so that work can commence promptly upon receiving approval.

Chandigarh, January 5– The second phase of the Agniveer recruitment process, physical and medical, will be conducted from February 4 to February 8, 2025, at the Kharga Sports Stadium, Ambala Cantt. Male candidates from Haryana’s Ambala, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Yamunanagar, Panchkula, and Chandigarh, who were shortlisted in the first phase’s computer based online common examination are eligible to participate.
Sharing information in this regard and official spokesperson said that admit cards for the shortlisted candidates were issued on December 20, 2024. Eligible candidates can download their admit cards from their login ID on the official Indian Army website: www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rajesh Nagar addresses public grievances in Janta Darbar
Chandigarh, January 5 : Haryana Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister, Sh. Rajesh Nagar, redressed the grievances of people at the ‘Janta Darbar’ held in Faridabad. He resolved nearly a dozen issues on the spot and directed officers to address everyday complaints at their level promptly.
Sh. Rajesh Nagar said that Chief Minister, Sh.Nayab Singh Saini has given him the opportunity to serve the people.
During the Janta Darbar, people of a residential colony in Sector 77 raised complaints against a private builder. They complained that despite charging huge amounts, the builder had not yet constructed the promised clubhouse. They requested the Minister to ensure their money is refunded with interest.
The Minister emphasised that his primary goal is to address public grievances . He also said that the development under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, is aimed at improving the quality of life for residents.

Vipul Goel, emphasised that youth will play a significant role in fulfilling Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a developed nation by 2047. The Revenue and Disaster Management Minister was addressing as the Chief Guest at the prize distribution function of the three-day State Level Youth Festival of the Directorate of Skill Development and Industrial Training Haryana under the aegis of the Department of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in Palwal on Sunday.
Sh. Goel said that central and state government is committed for the multi dimensional development of the youth. He said that Shri Vishwakarma Skill University is India’s first skill university . He praised Haryana’s achievements in skill development, including several awards like “Champion of Champions.” Haryana is also a leader in sports as a result of the hard work of sportsperson and the state’s sports policy, added the Minister.
