CHANDIGARH, 27.01.25-The Department of Psychology at Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector 32, Chandigarh, successfully organized an Invited Lecture under the PM-USHA Scheme (RUSA) on the topic "Stress and Resilience: Building Mental Toughness in Challenging Times" on 27^th Januarych,2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Krishan Kumar, Associate Professor (Clinical Psychology), Department of Psychiatry, PGIMER, Chandigarh, who shared valuable insights on managing stress and developing resilience in today’s challenging environment. Attendees found the session informative and engaging, gaining practical strategies to enhance their mental well-being.

The Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma shared his words of wisdom and commended the efforts of Dr. Tarundeep Kaur -Convener and Dr. Nidhi Chadha- Organising Secretary. At the end, the seminar received an overwhelming response from students and faculty.
