Chandigarh, 30.04.25-: The Reserve Bank of India, in collaboration with the Chandigarh Residents Association Welfare Federation (CRAWFED), organized a seminar to raise awareness about cybercrime, where city residents were educated about digital threats. A large number of RWA representatives associated with CRAWFED participated in the seminar, which was presided over by CRAWFED President Hitesh Puri.

The session empowered citizens with practical knowledge to protect themselves against cybercrime, delivered by RBI Regional Director Vivek Srivastava, SP Cyber Crime Chandigarh Geetanjali Khandelwal, and other senior RBI officials.

On this occasion, Rajesh Rai, Dr. Anish Garg, K.L. Sachdeva, Major D.P. Singh, R.L. Goel, Mohinder Kaur, and Geeta Chauhan were also present.

Hitesh Puri described the seminar as extremely beneficial and said that it would help common citizens safeguard their hard-earned money.
