Chandigarh, 30.04.25 – Tammana, a renowned NGO dedicated to promoting well-being and community bonding, is all set to celebrate World Laughter Day on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh. The event called ‘The Haha Junction’ will bring together people from all walks of life to experience the physical, mental, and social benefits of laughter in a fun and engaging environment.

The celebration will kick off at 5 PM until 7PM with a series of laughter yoga sessions designed to encourage relaxation, boost mood, and enhance community spirit. Participants will also enjoy interactive activities such as the “Laughing Out the Longest” competition, joke-sharing sessions, and playful games meant to spread joy and laughter. To add a touch of humor, participants will be encouraged to wear funny props like wigs, fake mustaches, clown noses, and goofy glasses.

Additionally, Tammana NGO will distribute free smiley balls to attendees, helping them release stress and spread smiles long after the event. Prizes and fun titles such as “Best Belly Laugh,” “Giggle Champ,” and “Joy Spreader of the Day” will be awarded to those who bring the most laughter to the event.
