CHANDIGARH,10.04.20--.All mobile companies are giving reminders for payment of Mobile charges on post paid cases. Reminders are very regular sometime three to Four times near to due date while all their offices and Sampark Centres are closed in UT.AS such no one can pay by cash or cheque only option is online which facility large number do not have. You know repeated reminders make every consumer tizzy and they request others to pay for them which I had to. This has practically happened and almost all mobile companies including Airtel, Connect, Idea and BSNL send such reminders. This non sense need to be stopped and such payments deferred or UT administration should start taking such payments in Banks or Post offices or open Sampark Centres on Rotation

Many Senior Citizens do not have facilities of Debit or ATM cards or internet banking as such they cannot draw cash from ATMs .They need to go to banks with cheques and many super senior Citizens do not prefer to go out due social distancing and Corona Protocol to remain safe in in home.AS such they need cash for general purchase from vendors coming in front of their house and for medical emergencies. Banks or police may be assigned duty to make cash available to such cases

Epass system needs review for issue if pass in case of Death, Cremation, Medical emergencies as while making an application online no document can be uploaded. In fact, no document is available in such cases. As such in such cases close family members, blood relations should issue passes online made available on the concerned Mobile only without any delay even making it real time online 24X7 in emergent cases.

Many Senior Citizens are devoid of Maids,Helpers and Drivers these days as passes cannot be issued in the present sytem.
