Chandigarh:03.08.26- Bihar Foundation today extended its support to the “Khel Ka Uphaar, Nashe Par Prahar” campaign, being organised by Kartavyanishth Organisation, by donating 10 sports kits. Dr Rupesh Singh, Chairman of Bihar Foundation, handed over the kits to campaign convener Sanjeev Rana.

Sh Niraj Singh, Vice Chairman; Sh Pallav Kumar, Treasurer; Sh Ravi Pandey; and members of the Kartavyanishth Organisation team were also present on the occasion.
Dr Rupesh Singh said that drug addiction has become a serious threat to the future of the youth. Along with awareness, it is essential to engage young people in sports and other constructive activities. He said this campaign sends a strong message that by providing young people with the right opportunities and sporting resources, society can protect them from falling prey to drugs.
He added that Bihar Foundation had donated 10 sports kits as part of its social responsibility and would continue supporting constructive initiatives related to youth empowerment and social welfare.
Sanjeev Rana, Convener of Kartavyanishth Yuva, expressed gratitude to Bihar Foundation and said that “Khel Ka Uphaar, Nashe Par Prahar” was not merely a sports-equipment distribution programme but a people’s movement aimed at protecting the lives and future of the youth.
“The objective of this campaign is to connect thousands of young people with sports, keep them away from drugs, and instil discipline, self-confidence and positive thinking in them,” Rana said.
“When society collectively replaces drugs in a young person’s hands with sporting equipment, it does not merely create a player—it secures the future of an entire family and the generations to come. Bihar Foundation’s support will bring new energy and direction to the lives of many young people,” he added.
All those present pledged to expand the campaign to more areas, engage thousands of young people in sports and contribute towards building a drug-free society.
