Chandigarh, September 2026:The Sports Department, U.T. Chandigarh, will organise a Wrestling Tournament (U-17) for boys and girls from September 9 to 10, 2026, at the Sports Complex, Manimajra, Chandigarh.

The last date for submission of entries on the prescribed proforma is September 7, 2026. The entry proforma will be available on the department’s website, http://sportsdeptt.chd.gov.in, as well as at the Wrestling Coaching Centre, Sports Complex, Manimajra, Chandigarh, and the Sports Complex, Sector 43, Chandigarh.

Entries will be accepted only in physical form at the designated coaching centres after verification of the credentials of the participating candidates.

No entry fee will be charged for participation in the tournament. Refreshments will be provided to all participants during their matches.

Participants must either be residents of Chandigarh or students of a school or college located in Chandigarh. Aadhaar Card, Residence Certificate, and School/College Identity Card or Bonafide Certificate issued by the concerned school or college will be required as proof of eligibility.

Participants must have been born on or after January 1, 2010.
