Chandigarh, July 26 - Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commendation of Haryana's Agniveer Yojana schemes, Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that we will not let the Prime Minister's mission to stop. Haryana will strongly carry forward the vision of the Prime Minister. He expressed deep gratitude to the Prime Minister and highlighted several initiatives implemented by the state under the Agniveer Yojana, such as reservations in Group B, C, and D jobs, and offering interest-free loans up to Rs. 5 lakh for setting up industries by Agniveers.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made these remarks during a press conference at Haryana Bhawan in Delhi today, where State President Mohan Lal Badoli and Chief Minister's Media Advisor Rajiv Jaitley were also present.

Paying homage to the martyrs on Kargil Vijay Diwas, Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi today visited to the war memorial in Drass, Kargil, where he expressed gratitude to the fallen soldiers. There are thousands of pictures on social media across the country paying tribute to the martyrs, but the main opposition party Congress was not seen paying tribute to the martyrs. It is very unfortunate that Congress is doing politics even on martyrs.

He criticized the UPA tenure for failing to properly equip soldiers with bulletproof jackets and modern weaponry. Under Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi's policies, India is now progressing towards self-reliance in military production. Chief Minister accused Congress of spreading falsehoods, citing the Rafale issue where Congress leaders had to apologize in the Supreme Court for their misinformation.

Haryana has become non-stop in terms of development

Sh Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the significant progress made by the BJP government in Haryana over the past decade. He said that travel time across the state has been drastically reduced to three to three and a half hours from end to end. Haryana has embarked on an unstoppable journey of development and pledged to sustain this momentum. Chief Minister remarked that the transformation of Haryana from 2014 to 2024 is remarkable, reflecting the state's rapid advancement under current governance.

The government will bear the hospital expenses of the accident victims

The Chief Minister highlighted the seamless delivery of health services in Haryana, ensuring convenience for the public. He said that health department services are now integrated with the dial 112 emergency response system, achieving a remarkable resolution rate of 93 percent within five to seven minutes for emergencies, including accidents. He said that the government would cover hospital expenses for accident victims admitted for treatment.

Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that the selection of 22 percent players from Haryana, which has 2 percent population, is a matter of great pride for the entire state of Haryana. He said that both the Haryana Government and its people recognize the immense dedication, hard work, and perseverance required to compete at this level. They are also aware of the physical and mental challenges athletes face while preparing for such prestigious events. Consequently, the state government is committed to continuously supporting the athletes through various incentive schemes.

The Chief Minister said that in recognition of the athletes' efforts, the Haryana government awards the highest prize money in the country to Olympic medal winners. Gold medalists receive Rs 6 crore, silver medalists receive Rs 4 crore, and bronze medalists receive Rs 2.5 crore. Additionally, all participating athletes from the state are awarded Rs 15 lakh each.

Chandigarh, July 26 – In a significant move to enhance healthcare facilities for the underprivileged, Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini has announced a major public welfare initiative. Under this, impoverished residents of Haryana will now have access to free medical tests in both government hospital and empanelled private labs. This landmark decision will benefit millions of people across the state.

While giving this information here today, an official spokesperson informed that the government has been made aware that many poor patients are unable to access diagnostic services in civil hospitals for various reasons. To address this issue, the department has directed all Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) to make efficient use of the existing resources within their districts. If necessary, local private laboratories and radiological centers should be empanelled to ensure that diagnostic services are readily available to all beneficiaries.

The spokesperson further explained that beneficiaries will now be able to have tests conducted at these empanelled labs with a prescription from a government doctor or CMO. The costs for these tests will be covered by funds allocated by the government to civil hospitals.

Chandigarh, July 26 – Haryana Minister of Civil Aviation and Health, Dr. Kamal Gupta inaugurated various projects in Hisar Assembly constituency today, symbols of national pride have been installed at various squares in Hisar. He said that he is committed to undertaking as many development projects as possible in the city. The development achieved by the Haryana government over the last 10 years has been possible due to the double-engine government.

Dr. Kamal Gupta inaugurated three beautification projects worth Rs. 46 lakhs in Hisar today. He stated that the government has been focusing on uniform development of the state over the past 10 years. The Municipal Corporation is rapidly carrying out development and beautification works in the city.

Dr. Kamal Gupta inaugurated a replica of the Red Fort at Tulsi Chowk, built at a cost of approximately Rs.20 lakh, replica of Chandrayaan near Laxmibai Chowk, built at a cost of Rs.17 lakh, and replica of India Gate at the entry point from Sector 9-11 Delhi Road, constructed at a cost of around Rs.9 lakh.

PMT for Female Constable Posts Begin on July 26

4,000 Candidates Called for PMT on the First Day

Chandigarh, July 26 - The Chairman of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Sh. Himmat Singh, stated that the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for the recruitment of 1,000 female constables (General Duty) in the Haryana Police began today at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex in Sector 3, Panchkula.

Sh. Himmat Singh, providing information in this regard, mentioned that female coaches from the sports department have been assigned duty for the PMT. Apart from it, other experts are overseeing the entire process. The commission has also established a separate help desk to address grievances.

He informed that a schedule has been issued for PMT, which will continue for three days. The commission aims to ensure that both the candidates coming for PMT and their guardians feel satisfied with the arrangements.

He also mentioned that the commission has advanced the recruitment process for 5,000 male constables and 1,000 female police constables. Similarly, the recruitment process has also been initiated for candidates who have passed CET Group-C and provided their post preferences.

A Female Candidates Sahiba commends the excellent amenities ensured by the Commission at PMT, who came from Julani, Jind district, shared that she is appearing for police recruitment for the second time. The commission has made excellent arrangements for all basic amenities in the stadium, and the entire process is being conducted smoothly. Similarly, Savita from Durjanpur, Bhiwani, Sunita from Charkhi Dadri, and Neha from Panchkula also expressed satisfaction with the PMT process.

Necessary Guidelines Issued for Sending Stray Cattle to Shelters

State Government Approves Rs 70 Crore Budget for Gaushala Expansion and New Facilities

Chandigarh, July 26– Chairman Haryana Gau Seva Aayog Sh Shravan Kumar Garg said that the primary objective of the State Government and the Gau Seva Aayog is to provide financial assistance to Gaushalas for ensuring proper living arrangements, treatment, green fodder, and clean water for cattle.

During a meeting held in Jind, Sh Garg instructed officers to organize a meeting with representatives of Nandishalas and Gaushalas. He emphasized the importance of creating an action plan to ensure that stray cattle are sent to Nandishalas and Gaushalas. He stated that the goal is to provide all necessary facilities to the cattle by coordinating with other Gau Sevak Committees. Additionally, he said that the Aayog is encouraging Gaushalas to become financially self-reliant. The State Government has approved a budget of Rs 70 crore for the expansion of existing Gaushalas and the establishment of new ones.

Sh Garg mentioned that the state government is developing various schemes to ensure the welfare of cows, pledging that no cow will face any difficulties. He instructed officials of the Animal Husbandry Department to tag every cattle, and to verify and process grant proposals submitted by Gaushalas within a week to ensure timely assistance.

Highlighting the achievements of the Gau Seva Aayog, he said that solar power plants have been installed in 331 cow shelters across the state, with plans to install them in the remaining shelters soon. Additionally, electricity is provided to each cow shelter at a rate of two rupees per unit, and the registration cost for purchasing land by cow shelters has been reduced to one percent from four percent.

Sh Garg appealed to the general public to recognize their moral responsibility and serve cows with a spirit of service. He urged representatives of social and religious organizations to understand that there is no greater service than serving cows.
