Energy, Transport, and Labor Minister Anil Vij will redress to the grievances of the people from the Ambala Cantt assembly constituency every Monday

Grievances will be redressd every Monday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the PWD Rest House in Ambala Cantt.

Various Departmental officials have been instructed to be present on-site to resolve grievances immediately


Chandigarh/Ambala, November 10 - Haryana's Minister of Energy, Transport, and Labor, Sh. Anil Vij will redress to public grievances from the Ambala Cantt assembly constituency every Monday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

While interacting with media persons today, Sh. Vij said that Monday has been designated for redressing the greivances of people from the Ambala Cantt constituency, with officials from various departments also present on-site to facilitate immediate solutions. He added that only the grievances of residents from Ambala Cantt will be addressed. However, in case of emergencies, his doors are always open to the public. For regular grievances, the public can meet him every Monday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

In response to another question, he clarified that he will be addressing only the greivances of Ambala Cantt residents at the PWD Rest House. People outside Ambala Cantt should contact their respective area representatives or use the different forums that the Chief Minister has set up for hearing public grievances.

Chandigarh/Ambala, November 10 - Haryana’s Minister of Energy, Transport and Labor, Sh. Anil Vij has advised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to gain proper knowledge about any topic before speaking on it. Vij said, "The BJP practices politics of development and unity. The BJP never indulges in caste-based or regional politics."

During interaction with mefia persons today, Sh. Vij took a dig at Rahul Gandhi’s statement that the Indian tax structure is designed to exploit the poor. Vij said that under Congress, income and share taxes were in place, which were reformed into GST. Rahul Gandhi may not know that his own government representatives were part of this process, as the GST Council makes such laws. Vij commented that Rahul Gandhi speaks impulsively and should learn about a subject before commenting on it.

“Congress starts blaming EVMs when they lose” - Vij


Following Congress's loss in the Haryana Assembly elections, the party held a review meeting where Kharge reportedly raised only the EVM issue. Taking a jab, Anil Vij said that, “Congress has set a standard for complaining—whenever they lose, they start blaming EVMs. They say nothing when they win, but when they lose, they begin to cry about EVMs. If they have such concerns, they should resign from the seats they won as well.”

In response to Arvind Kejriwal’s statement that neither the BJP nor Congress has provided free electricity, Haryana’s Energy Minister Anil Vij commented on this and said “Even the Supreme Court has now stated that governments should think before giving out free benefits. Kejriwal has ruined the country’s politics, and in the states where he made promises, those promises have not been met. By defeating him in all seven seats in Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections, the public has shown that Kejriwal’s policies are not right.”

In response to Congress leader Kharge’s accusation that the BJP diverts attention from key issues through inflammatory speeches, Cabinet Minister Anil Vij countered and said, “The entire nation appreciates BJP's policies. The BJP focuses on development and unity in its politics and never indulges in caste-based or regional politics."
