One arrested in NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Rajat R/o # 2863, Dadu Majra Chandigarh near R/o # 2159, Sector -24 Chandigarhon 13-04-2025 and recovered carckball 2.04 grams (5 piece) and 15.36 grams of Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 08 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station ANTF Sector 11 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Action against obstructing path

A Case FIR No. 44 U/S 285 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh against Acche Lal @ Raju R/o # 461, Village Khuda Alisher Chandigarh. He was arrested from public place back side Rose Garden Sector 16 Chandigarh for obstructing the public path by installing a Rehri at public place back side Rose Garden Sector 16/A Chandigarh. Accused was arrested and later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 27U/S 106(1), 125(A), 281 BNS has been registered in Police Station Manimajra Chandigarh on the complaint of Yashraj R/o # 2, Kishangarh, Chandigarh against Tempo driver Pintu R/o # 132/1, Sector-17 Rajiv Colony, Panchkula Haryana and tempo no HR-68C-3119 hit to motor cycle no CH-76T-7593 Near Tubewell No. 3 MHC Manimajra on 13-04-2025. Motorcyclist riders admitted to Civil Hospital Manimajra Chandigarh where duty doctor declared brought dead Ashish R/o # 270/C, Village Kishangarh Chandigarh, Yashraj and Umesh sustained injuries refer to GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused has been arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
