Two arrested in consuming liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Rahul Kumar Sharma @ Ravi R/o # Village Piplu Ghat District - Solan (HP) and Subham Chandel R/o # Lower Phaghli RJ Niwas District - Shimla (HP), near wine shop Manimajra, Chandigarh on dated 14.04.2025.while drinking and creating nuisance at public place. Later on they were released on bail. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No. 31 U/S 281, 125 BNS has been registered in Police Station IT – PARK Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # NIC Manimajra Chandigarh against Sunny R/o # 170 NIC Manimajra Chandigarh, driver of car no HR-85B- 4363 who hit to pedestrian complainant near toubwell no 03 NIC Manimajra Chandigarh on 05.04.2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Murder

A case FIR No. 56 U/S 103(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of SI Kuldeep Singh PS-39 Chandigarh against Unknown Person who murder an unknown mail person whose dead Body was found lying at kacha rasta near govt. School Sector- 54 Chandigarh, during the patrolling. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in attempt to murder

A Case FIR No 40 U/S 109 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 26 Chandigarh on the complaint of One lady R/o# Kartar Narar Model Town Ambala City Haryana against Rajdeep R/o # Village Gulaba Wala district Muktsar Sahib Punjab who attempt to murdered to complainant daughter- in – law R/o # Sector- 27 Chandigarh on 14.04.2025.During the investigation accused was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.
