Ltd. at SCO No.188-190 3^rd floor, Cabin No.323 Sector 34 B Chandigarh without any permission and disobeying the orders of DM UT, Chandigarh. A Case FIR No.162 U/s 223 BNS and 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh. Later on, accused bailout. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No.99 U/s 420,120B IPC has been registered in Police Station Ind. Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Ravi Kumar R/o # 2396 Aggarwal Colony Jalalabad Distt. Fazilka Punjab against Naresh Jasuja, Ayush Jasuja, Gurpreet Singh, Suresh Dogra and Amit Mittal they cheated 75 Lakh complainant’s amount as partnership share in their business the name of restaurant pub. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A Case FIR No.214 U/s 409,420,120B IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurpreet Singh Arora R/o WZ-1933 TF Rani Bagh Delhi against Jaspreet Singh and others Humble Overseas consultants SCO No.487-88 TF Sector 35 C Chandigarh, they cheated complainant’s Rs.25 Lakh, 35 Thousand to sending him abroad on family visa with job. A Case FIR No.81 U/s 281, 125 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 19 Chandigarh on the complaint of Vikramjeet Singh R/o # 1406/1 Sector 30 B Chandigarh against unknown Car driver of Car No. HR 48 A 4266, who hit and run to a cyclist near local bus stop Sector 19 D Chandigarh on dated 01.09.2024 and victim got injured and admitted at GMSH Sector 16 Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A Case FIR No.81 U/s 281,125(A), 106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh on the complaint of Satpal R/o # 2231 Mauli Jagran Colony Chandigarh against driver of Vehicle No. HR 68 A 5269, who hit the complainant and his daughter age about 11 months near Khera Mandir Mauli Jagran Chandigarh on dated 08.10.2024 and both got sustained injured and admitted at Civil Hospital Manimajra Chandigarh where duty doctor declared brought dead complainant’s daughter. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR No.109 U/s 305 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 26 Chandigarh on the complaint of Anil Chaudhary R/o # 3061 Sector 28 D Chandigarh against Unknown person, who stoles 02 Mobile Phones from said house on intervening night dated 24/25.09.2024.
