MANIMAJRA, 01.10.24-The auditorium of Gurukul Global School came alive with a spellbinding Qawwali performance by the World renowned qawwals- ‘The Niyazi Brothers’ , organised by the school in association with SPIC MACAY. The International qawwals, Ustad Shahid Niyazi and Sami Niyazi, the masters of traditional qawwali, are known for their profound connection with the Sufi tradition. The duo of brothers along with their team members took the audience on a mystical journey through their rich repertoire of qawwalis, filled with passion, devotion, and cultural heritage.
The event provided an enriching experience, bridging the gap between tradition and the modern world. The lyrics of each qawwali, rich with themes of divine love, unity, and devotion, resonated deeply with listeners of all ages, creating an atmosphere of reverence and reflection.
