A Case FIR No 41 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Pankaj Kumar R/o # 171/A Sector 19 Panchkula Haryana and other against Sakeel Ahmed and Ashish Owner Of wish Immigration SCO No. 10-11-12 2^nd Floor, Sector-17B Chandigarh who cheated with complainant for RS 17,19,780 to send him Abroad. During the investigation, accused Sakeel Ahmed was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress. .

A Case FIR No 40 U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satish Kumar R/O # 1595, Sector 7 Chandigarh against Harmanpreet Singh R/o # SCO NO. 129-130 First Floor Sector 17/C Chandigarh who cheated the complainant for Rs. 8,15,000/- to send him Abroad. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 92 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 B IPC has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Vidyanand Kumar, Branch Manager, SBI, SCO NO. 280, Sector -35/D, Chandigarh against Himanshu Arora R/o # 305, GH-1, MDC, Sector-5, Panchkula who cheated with complainant for taken Vehicle Loan of Rs. 8,50,000/- from SBI, Sector-35 Chandigarh and he did not pay the pending amount RS 6,54,476/-. A Case FIR No 54 U/S 281, 125(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Somnath R/o # Village Tarouli, District Mohali, Punjab against Pankaj Kumar R/o # 137 Sarangpur Chandigarh which was driving the activa no CH01BY-1944 which hit to pedestrian complainant near Khuda Lahora Bridge to Dhanas lake road on 04.04.2025. Victim sustained injuries got admitted to GH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 94 U/S 281, 106 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohd. Iliyas R/o # 6402/a Sector 56 Chandigarh against unknown car driver who sped away after hitting an unknown pedestrian person near Sector 43/44 light point on 5.4.2025. Victim sustained injuries got admitted to GMCH- 32 and expired during treatment. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 69 U/S 281, 106 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Parampreet Singh R/o # B-6, 160/C Silver City , Derabassi, Mohali, Punjab against driver of Tata intra no CH01 TB-9408 namely Pawan and driver of CTU bus no CH01-GA- 7780 namely Deepak kumar, auto driver suddenly applied brake and my activa hit the auto and driver of CTU bus which was coming behind is at a very high speed and hit my activa, we fall down on the road and my friend fainted and I took my friend to the hospital GMCH-32 Chandigarh, there the doctor declared him dead. Both accused Pawan and Deepak were arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
