*"Even if I'm appointed as Chokidar, I will perform the duty with full dedication." – Vij

In response to another question, he said, "I am a dedicated worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party; for us, departments don’t matter. We are taught to work, and I had said it boldly that even if I am appointed as Chokidar after forming my government, I will perform the duty with full dedication because that’s what we are taught."

*A meeting of Transport Department officials will be held, and they will be called to Chandigarh – Vij

When asked about his recent inspection of the Transport Department's functioning, he said that "It is my duty and responsibility to correct the departments entrusted to me. It is essential to understand the departments first, which is why I traveled by bus yesterday, spoke with passengers, observed bus stands, and spoke with employees, including drivers and staff at the bus stands." He announced that a meeting with Transport Department officials will be held in Chandigarh to discuss the problems and find solutions. He emphasized that it's crucial to understand the issues, and further visits to other places will also be conducted for comprehensive feedback.

*"We will pay our own electricity bill first, only then can we inspire others." – Vij

In response to a question about "Vij Sahib is Back," he said that "Though people may have wondered about this at 12:05 at night, I did not ask anyone. I had said I would be content even if I were made a Minister Without Portfolio because it is my government. I had no information that portfolios would be distributed today, but when I saw that I had been made the Energy Minister along with other departments, I recalled that I might have a pending electricity bill due to the elections. I checked my bill on my mobile, and since the due date was still valid, I paid my electricity bill at exactly 12:32:47. First, we will pay our own bills, and only then can we motivate others, he asserted."

*"The Aam Aadmi Party blames others instead of fixing themselves." – Vij

In response to the pollution allegations made by the Delhi government, he said that "If you look at the old statements of the Aam Aadmi Party, they used to blame Punjab more for stubble burning. But now, with the Aam Aadmi Party governing Punjab, they only mention Haryana. It’s their tendency to blame others instead of fixing themselves."

*"The Delhi government is responsible for fixing the pollution in the Yamuna." – Vij

He questioned the AAP's accountability by saying, "You (AAP) promised to clean the Yamuna. How clean is it now? Today, even the pollution in the Yamuna is blamed on Haryana. They say water comes from Haryana, but we say it comes from Himachal Pradesh. Any independent agency can check the Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) of the Yamuna’s water from Haryana to Delhi’s Okhla. The responsibility for Yamuna's pollution lies with the Delhi government, but they are not taking action. When foam forms in the Yamuna, they claim it’s due to Haryana, he added."

*"There is a lot that needs to be done in the Labor Department." – Vij

Responding to a question about the functioning of the Labor Department, he said that "There is a lot to be done in the Labor Department. It was created to address the concerns of workers, but it seems more concerned about the industry. While caring for industry is important, the workers’ conditions should come first. Issues like whether workers are receiving minimum wages on time, how many hours they are working, and whether humane facilities are provided must be addressed. A meeting for the Labor Department will be held soon, he said."

*"Our new Chief Minister has ended the need for public hearings." – Vij

*"Those who lose never take responsibility for themselves." – Vij

When asked about Bhupinder Singh Hooda's intent to approach the court over EVM issues, he said that "Those who lose never take responsibility for themselves; they blame others. EVMs are demonstrated to all political parties before it were issued, and polling stations have representatives present. If his representatives were unaware, that’s their fault. Courts are open to everyone; they can go to any court, even international ones. But it’s a pattern: when Congress loses, they claim EVMs are faulty. Why didn't they complain when they won in Himachal Pradesh or Karnataka? Why don’t they question the constituencies they won in Haryana?"

*"Congress is not a party; it's a group of various factions." – Vij

Responding to a question about Congress not appointing a leader of the opposition, he said that "That’s their internal matter, but Congress is not a party; it’s a group of various factions. They can’t make a unified decision like our party. Some come, some go."

*"Oaths will be administered during the Assembly session." – Vij
