Disobeying the order of DM,UT

Chandigarh Police arrested Sarabjit Singh R/o # 245, Sector 11/A Chandigarh age-41 years who was running immigration agency at SCO No 186-187 Sector 8/C Chandigarh without any permission and disobeying the orders of DM UT, Chandigarh. A Case FIR No 13 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh. Later on accused bailout. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in NDPS/Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Rahul Bisht R/o # Sanjeev lodge lower phagli, Shimla (HP) age-27 years from near Shiv Mandir, Motor Market Manimajra Chandigarh on 13.02.2025 and recovered 6.12 grams Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 10 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Manimajra Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Cheating Case

A Case FIR No 25 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Amandeep Singh R/o # Village Chhaurian, District Hoshiarpur Punjab against Vikram Rana owner of Mission Abroad Consultant, SCO No 3019-20, 2^nd floor Sector 22/D Chandigarh Aniket and other, they cheated with complainant Rs. 1.50 Lakh regarding work visa Luxemhourg. During the course of investigation accused person Aniket R/o # Trivedi Camp, Dera Bassi, Mohali Punjab age-24 years was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No 24 U/S 420, 406, 120 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Sector 40 Chandigarh against one lady and other Fateh International Immigration SCO No 361 Top floor Sector 32/D Chandigarh who cheated with complainant approximately Rs. 4,47,075/- regarding Visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No 25 U/S 281,125(A) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Sr. Constable Anil Kumar traffic staff against unknown driver of car no. HR26 which sped away after hit to complainant at 39/40/55/56 Chowk on 13.02.2025. Complainant got injured and admitted to Govt. Hospital Sector 16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Robbery

A Case FIR No 39 U/S 309, 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Nasiruddin R/o # 1731, Deep Complex Hallo Majra Chandigarh in which he stated that on 13.02.2025 he was reached near Tu hi Tu Mandir Ram Darbar Chandigarh and 04 unknown boys came to him and restraint his way asked to handover cash, when he denied then they beaten him and snatched away his purse containing Pan card, photo copy of Aadhar card, cash Rs. 2000/-and some others documents and flew away. Investigation of this case is in progress.
