Chandigarh:, 14.02.25- Students of pre-primary and primary classes of Maharishi Dayanand Public School Daria, chandigarh visited Chandigarh Bird Park and Japanese Garden. Children were very excited about the tour. First of all, children were taken to a Japanese Garden. Children got photographed with the statue of Mahatma Buddha installed under the Peepal tree. They enjoyed swinging.
After this, they were taken to Chandigarh Bird Park. Children also admired the gardens built on the side of the road. Children enjoyed the chirping sound of trees, plants and birds amidst nature. Birds of different species were chirping. Black and white ducks swimming in the pond attracted the mind. Children told that they were attracted by the ducklings resting in the hut built on the side of the pond. Birds were flying long distances and sitting on the trees. Such scenes attracted them. This tour was free of cost by NRI Sudarshan Garg. He also provided refreshments to the children. NRI Sudarshan Garg said that along with education, such tours give a new direction to the mental development of children.
