SHIMLA -25 February, 2025-Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla extended his greetings to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri.
In his message, the Governor said that Maha Shivratri was a festival of spiritual strength, self-discipline, and devotion. Himachal Pradesh also known as "Dev Bhoomi," is a home to many sacred shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, making this festival even more special for the people of the State.
He urged the people to celebrate the Shivratri festival with religious fervour and enthusiasm while praying for the peace, prosperity and development of the State.
