*Haryana government has approved the relocation of power lines passing over 163 residential houses/locations in the Mahendragarh Assembly constituency; the work will be completed within six months – Energy Minister Anil Vij*
Chandigarh, March 18 – Haryana’s Energy Minister Anil Vij said that 163 residential houses/locations in the Mahendragarh Assembly constituency have been identified where electricity wires are passing overhead. He informed that the proposal to shift the wire stands approved by State Government and work is likely to be completed within 6 months.
Sh. Vij made this statement while responding to a question during the ongoing budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha today. The concerned MLA also expressed gratitude to Minister Anil Vij for his response.

Chandigarh, March 18 – Haryana’s Labour Minister Sh. Anil Vij said that 6 acres of land have been identified in Sonipat for the establishment of a 150-bed ESI hospital, and a proposal will be sent for its approval to ensure the construction of a state-of-the-art hospital. He also remarked that a "high-speed engine named Anil Vij" has been installed in the Labour Department, and every effort will be made to complete the pending tasks swiftly.
Sh. Vij made this statement while responding to a question during the ongoing budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
He further mentioned that an ESI dispensary in the Kundli Industrial Area of the Rai Assembly constituency is already functioning in a rented building. He acknowledged that currently, 50 such dispensaries across the state are running on rented premises. However, he highlighted that as announced in the budget yesterday, land for these dispensaries will be provided at concessional rates by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and HSIIDC, and once the land is allotted, these dispensaries will be relocated.
Sh. Vij also informed that for the Kundli dispensary, 1.23 acres of land has been identified in Sector 58, and a proposal has been sent to the Central Government regarding this matter.

*For new Dhani connections, if the line length exceeds 300 meters from Firni and is up to 3 kilometers, 50% of the line cost and the entire transformer cost will be borne by the Nigam – Energy Minister Anil Vij*
Chandigarh, March 18 – Haryana’s Energy Minister Anil Vij said that as per current policy, the cost of shifting existing Dhanies connections from AP feeder to RDS feeder is borne by the applicant/beneficiary, excluding the transformer cost. For new Dhanie connections where the line length exceeds 300 meters from the phirnee and up to 3 km, 50% of the line cost and the full transformer cost are covered by the Nigam.
Sh. Vij was responding to a question during the ongoing budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
He said that, as per the definition of Dhani, it should consist of a group of 10 houses, each having a toilet and a kitchen, but it should not include a tube well room. He also mentioned that the Discom has liabilities and pending recoveries, and once the Nigam's financial condition improves, this matter will be considered.
