Chandigarh, April 7, 2025: A significant new historical work titled "Revolutionaries and The Brush Raj: Mortys of The Hardinge Bonch Outrage" authored by renovated historion De Amarjit Singh, superannuated Professor from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra released today at the Chandigarh Press Club, Sector 27, Chandigarh.

The book was formally released by distinguished dignitaries including Dr Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab), Prof. S. K. Gakhar, Vice-Chairpersoni, Haryana State Higher Education Council, Prof. Viney Kapoor Mehra, Former Vice-Chancellor, Dr R.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat, and Sardar Harpal Singh Gill, Director, Haryana Punjabi Sahitya & Sanskriti Academy.
Amarjit Singh is widely recognised for his extensive contributions to nationalist historiography. His earlier works on Muslim politics and the Partition of Punjab, Politics of the Muslim League and the Partition of India, Banda Singh Bahadur and His Times, and Mahatma Gandhi and Indian nationalism are widely circulated at the global level.
The newly released book is a fundmark contribution to the study of India's revolutionary freedom struggle. It offers in-depth insights into the organisational structures, ideological orientations, and historiographical nuances of the revolutionary movements in Punjab and Delhi during the early 20th century.
