A Case FIR No 109 U/S 115(2),126(2),351(3),3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Ind. Area Chandigarh on the complainant of Tanish Bhat @ Mohammed Nawaz Sharief Bhat R/o # flat no 1104, Motia Royal City Zirakpur, SAS Nagar Punjab against Nikhil Singh, Mani, Sukhi and Shibu. Complainant stated that they all quarrel with me at Centra Mall Ph-1, I/Area Chandigarh on 25.11.2024. During the course of Investigation accused Shivam @ Shivu R/o main bazaar near Pinjor Garden Panchkula age-23 years, Manpreet Singh R/o Village Ganesh Vhariya Nalha road Pinzor Haryana age-26 years, Sukhvinder Singh R/o # 16A, NH-22 Burj Kotian Panchkula (HR) age-25 years and Abhishek R/o # 215, Shastri Nagar, Manimajra Chandigarh age -23 years has been arrested and later on, bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Cheating
A Case FIR No 187 U/S 316(5),318(4),338,336(3),340(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complainant of Rajat Sadashiv R/o # Sri Ram Nagar Tumsar District Bhandara Maharashtra against owner of Shiv Shine Immigration Consultancy SCO No 215-216 RD Floor, Sector 34/A Chandigarh, said company promise him to send abroad for work visa but that company neither sent him abroad nor returned his money Rs. 51000/-. Investigation of this case is in progress.
A Case FIR No 07 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in Police Station Crime Chandigarh on the complaint of Account Branch from Computer Section through DSP/CCIC upon which file was submitted to competent authority and approval for purchase the same was conveyed. Thereafter computer Section floated gem bid no Gem/2024/B/4681546 dated 23.02.2024 for the purpose. The bid was evaluated technically as well as financially by high power purchase committee and recommendations has been received in Account Branch for issuing supply order in favour of M/s Jai Maa trading, the firm Jai Maa trading provided two fake address. The bid was processed according to laid down procedure in gem after due examination of account functionaries, nexus seems farfetched. It is therefore recommended to cancel the bid and blacklist the firm writing to gem. From the examination of mention facts and report prima facie offence against M/s Jai Maa trading firm and others. Investigation of this case is in progress.
